Processo

Energy balance system 

During the initial operation of the system, the energy balance system can quickly help the system to preheat, and the energy balance system can also help the system cool down and reduce the demand for external cooling water. 

Set up the evaporation concentration process 

After preheating, the material in the evaporator of the system is quickly flashed and concentrated. The material enters the evaporator under the action of the forced circulation pump and continues to concentrate in the evaporator after heat exchange. The final concentrated liquid is discharged to the external spray drying system or other drying system for drying and solid-liquid separation.
