ZQ Series Steam Crystallizer

This equipment is designed for high-concentration wastewater, ideal for sticky or crystallized fluids like heavy metal wastewater and high-salinity water. A built-in scraper prevents concentrate buildup.

Wastewater is drawn into the vacuum tank, heated by external steam,  low-boiling-point components evaporate. The remaining concentrate is discharged,  the steam condenses into distilled water, which is  reused or discharged
