SOLUTION

After several-rounds discussion, customerselected WJL-200 filtration unit to oil sumpwith a flow rate 12000L/hour on 6th,April 2015.Particles pass flow dual charging zone andcarry negative/positive charges respectively,two types charged particle interact with eachother and combine to form the bigger sizeswhich can be captured by standard filters easily.

After 20 hours filtration, the cleanliness ISOcode reached 18/16/13 which was 4 times fasterthan previous filtration units. Customerrecognized the performance of WJL and placedextra order for replacing current filtration units.

WJD purification accuracy is high, and the sub-micron pollutants can be removed, and the filtration accuracy can reach 0.02 microns.
