PROBLEM

The two machines often encounter insufficientpressure, oil valves &filter element blockage, which causes the to respond slowly or evensometimes breakdown. The appearance colorof in used hydraulic oil turns dark. Customerwas forced to many costy oil changes tomitigate the problem in order to catch theproduction target.

SOLUTION

We took oil sample from the machine’sreservoir that often deliver bad performance totest lab for an oil analysis. The data showed thehydraulic oil was highly contaminated andWJD(Electrostatic Adsorption Unit) oil filtrationunit has been introduced and installed toconnect to #208 oil reservoir for a continuousbypass filtration.

RESULT

The cleanliness of hydraulic oil improved to NAS 7. After contaminants has beenremoved,customer was happy to see the appearance changes of oil from dark to bright. Andhydraulicunit of injection molding machine responded precisely.

PROBLEM

The oil sample indicated the hydraulic fluid was
contaminated and We introduced WJD- 100(Electrostatic Adsorption Unit) oil filtration
unit to customer’s oil reservoir for a continuous
bypass filtration. Also, Customer chose one set
of online particle counter to monitor the oil
condition.

PROBLEM

We took 47 bottles of oil samplefor theirallinjection molding machines andperformedtheoil test in our lab. Over 85% samples wereoverNAS1638 grade 9 that means themajorityin-service hydraulic oil were highcontaminated.Left untreated, it would has impactonmachine’s reliability and productivity.

SOLUTION

Two sets of WJD-50(Electrostatic adsorption)
oil filtration unit has been used.

RESULT

They found that injection moldingmachinesexperienced fewer common failuresoverthenext five months and satisfiedwiththeperformance of WJD-50.
