PROBLEM

Customer met the problem of hydraulic oilcontamination as their internal oil testindicated Grade 12 against NAS 1638 standard.The presence of fine particles in hydraulicsystem would create abrasion inside hydrauliccomponents which will led to oil degradationand cause system failure.

SOLUTION

In July 2014 WJL-100 filtration unit was installedto oil sump with a flow rate 6600L/hour.Particles pass flow dual charging zone andcarry negative/positive charges respectively,two types charged particle interact with eachother and combine to form the bigger sizeswhich can be captured by standard filters easily.

RESULT

After filtration, the oil analysis showed thatcleanliness has been improved to Grade 7against NAS1638 standard. Customer satisfiedwith the result and placed 9 sets more forequipped with their production line.

SOLUTION

WJL(Dual charging agglomeration unit) wasapplied to new machines. On the one hand,WJL can fill hydraulic fluid into machineryinstead of labour; on the other hand, WJL CanContinuous filter the fine particles out fromnew hydraulic system. Also, WJL was equippedwith a particle counter to monitor the particlecontaminants which ease the oil analysisprocedure.

WJD purification accuracy is high, and the sub-micron pollutants can be removed, and the filtration accuracy can reach 0.02 microns.
